Prepayment for one night must be made by April 30.

You can make this payment in one of several
ways (FAX preferired):

(1) FAX the hotel with your credit card info

     using this form   FAX PAYMENT FORM - HOTEL DEPOSIT 

     Print this form and fill out with payment information and fax it to
     FAX number below.

     Enter one night's payment either in PLN or in EUR.  If using EUR, use the
     estimates in parentheses on the lodging page.  This is only a deposit and the
     Euro amounts are estimates.  The final charge for the room in Euro will reflect
     the exchange rate and will all be reconciled to the correct amount at the workshop.

     BE SURE TO WRITE, NEXT TO THE PAYMENT AMOUNT, IF IT IS IN PLN or EUR.

If you want to share a room with another meeting participant,
please arrange that yourself.  Alternatively, let us (Binary Workshop
organizers) know, and possibly we can help with this type of
arrangement.

The remaining charges for accomodation, as well as meals, may
be paid on-site, at the Workshop, by credit card.
