Participants are encouraged to register for the Workshop
as soon as possible using the PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION FORM 
here.  (Save As to a file, then edit).

The Registration Fee for Workshop Participants is 140 Euro.
This will cover the Opening Reception on Monday evening,
coffee breaks, meeting rooms, printed materials, and
bus transportation to/from Poznan for the tour of
the Morasko craters and Poznan Old Town on Wednesday 
afternoon/evening.



All persons accompanying a Workshop Participant who wish
to join any of the common events/fucntions with
the Workshop Participants should register separately using 
the GUEST REGISTRATION FORM, and pay the
Guest (Accompanying Person) Registration Fee of 50 Euro.
This fee then covers participation in the Opening
Reception on Monday night, coffee breaks, and bus to/from
the Poznan sights on Wednesday. Banquet cost and Wednesday
night dinner are not included. 

Children under 16 years of age do not need to pay the
Guest Registration Feea.  Attending the Banquet alone
does not require Guest Registration Fee, because there is
a separate fee for the Banquet.



For either category of Registration, please pay via the
FAX PAYMENT FORM - REGISTRATION.
