Thanks for formatting things.  It makes it so much easier to understand,
test, and use!

I've made a few changes.  Read the comments to see.  Most extensive
were in oc_getstar_ucac2, where I checked and corrected the math
to get from the UCAC2 fields to our standard star fields.

I don't have sizey.  I have sizex and guessed to get edit this
to make a sizey so this would to run.  Send me sizey or put
it into hdoccul/idl/idlutils.

Any chance you could do the commenting for TYC2 and HD?

And for 2mass, that takes mailing them a hard drive, right?
